OBC welcomes all visitors and we would be delighted to have you visit our church. When you arrive, someone will gladly point you in the right direction.

Sunday School at 9:45 AM and Worship at 11:00 AM

Parking for OBC is all around the building as we do not have a specific parking lot.
For worship, you may enter the sanctuary directly at the front steps. You may also enter at any other doors and can ask for help finding the sanctuary. Usually, there will be a friendly deacon to greet you at the door.

Children are welcome in worship. There is a nursery if you prefer those services. Our nursery is located on the West end of our church building and at the side entrance. We do offer a Children’s Sermon during worship. After the sermon the children are led out of the sanctuary and taken to the children’s building next to the nursery.

By Profession of Faith in Christ and Baptism
To be received as a member, individuals must profess Jesus Christ as one’s personal Savior and Lord before the congregation, requesting baptism by immersion and church membership.

By Letter
As a Baptist whose church membership is elsewhere, upon request, this Congregation will welcome you into her church family, taking care of any appropriate communications necessary for transferring your membership.

By Baptism from Another Denomination
As a Christian whose baptism was by sprinkling or pouring, this congregation will receive you as a member as you request church membership and baptism by immersion.

By Statement
In the event that church records are not available for a transfer of membership, or if you were once a Baptist church member, we will accept you upon the statement of your faith in Jesus Christ and your baptism by immersion.

You may express your desire to fulfill any of the above by presenting yourself during the invitation at the close of the worship service. Also, feel free to contact the church office or our Pastor to schedule an appointment at any time.
